2. Takedown Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, ENewsWeb reserves the right to remove or disable access to the infringing content without prior notice. We will also notify the user who posted the content to allow them to file a counter-notification if applicable.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice. It must include your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts for the district in which your address is located.

4. Repeat Infringers

ENewsWeb takes copyright violations seriously. It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate the accounts of users or contributors who are repeat infringers.
